I got this for my son for a Pok¨¦mon themed party. He was very happy with it. It comes with the shirt, gloves and hat. Very simple but it does the job because it represents the Pok¨¦mon catcher ver well. The fact that it is to bulky or make him hot helps a lot. It is light weight and very manageable. You can wear it with pants or shorts and any tshirt underneath.

The hat and shirt are spot on. The shirt is lined, but it didn’t make it too hot. The hat is great and I wear it by itself. The gloves were kinda bad though. The fingers were cut to all different lengths and you had to kinda fight it on, but once it’s on it wasn’t itchy and completed the look. If you’re looking for a last minute costume it doesn’t get much easier than this one, provided you have jeans and a black tshirt.

My grandsons and their parents will be dressing up as different Pokemon characters, so they needed a trainer. This ASH costume is made of polyester. Seems durable, but nothing fancy. I’m a XL woman (size 16) and the XL is a perfect fit. If you are any larger than this, you’ll need to go up a size. Large men may have trouble finding a good fit in this costume. The hat is adjustable, and is your basic baseball cap.

I’m a tall woman and wear a size 14/16. Purchased size XL and it fits fantastically. I probably could have sized down, but I figured I’d rather have it be a little loose rather than tight as I’m not going for a sexy Ash Ketchum look. Hat was a little smooshed in the package, but I took it out and shaped it and it’s just fine. The jacket is nicely made and is even satin – lined, which was an unexpected nice touch. The pockets are functional, as well. The gloves are a little bizarre – the fingers are all different lengths – but they fit and will work fine for the purposes of the costume. Just to add a black tee shirt and jeans and I’m good to go trick or treating with my son in his Pikachu kigurumi.
